Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for on-site teams in Jaipur. This full-time on-site role involves partnering with department heads to identify staffing needs, conducting interviews, and ensuring timely hiring and onboarding processes. The Human Resources Manager will manage HR policies, maintain employee records, coordinate payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Daily responsibilities include addressing employee queries, facilitating training and development initiatives, conducting disciplinary and grievance procedures, and supporting a positive workplace culture. The role also involves implementing HR strategies, tracking HR metrics, and recommending improvements to enhance retention, productivity, and overall employee experience.
Ensure 100% error-free monthly ESIC, EPF, and TDS filings to avoid penalties.
Manage full recruitment pipelines for site engineers, project leads, and labor.
Lead employee onboarding, site safety orientations, and performance reviews.
Administer statutory benefits including pro-rata gratuity, maternity leave, and POSH.
Align employment contracts and HR policies with the new Central Labour Codes.
Process seamless monthly payroll and complete F&F settlements within 2 days.
Maintain complete digital HR records, employee databases, and site deployment logs.
Manage HR software for site and office attendance, leaves, and payroll access.
Enforce site-level compliance, labour vendor docs, and BOCW welfare regulations.
Resolve employee grievances, handle labour disputes, and manage statutory audits.
Handle additional HR projects and strategic tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Experience in designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor regulations.
Ability to manage conflict resolution, handle grievances, and conduct fair and consistent disciplinary processes.
Proficiency in HR documentation, employee record management, and coordination of payroll-related data.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Comfort with using HR software and basic office productivity tools for reporting and data management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in a similar HR managerial or senior HR role, preferably in real estate or a related industry, is beneficial.
