The series connects global family offices, fund houses and sovereign funds with investment opportunities in India.
Role Overview
You will be the central coordination point for the summit series worldwide. You will manage relationships, timelines, media and logistics across time zones, making sure every edition runs on schedule with the right investors, speakers, partners and coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Global investor outreach: Identify, approach and build relationships with family offices, fund houses, sovereign funds, HNIs and wealth advisors across target cities.
Multi-city coordination: Run timelines, venues, vendors and local partners for each edition, working across time zones.
Speaker and delegate management: Secure international speakers and delegates, and handle invitations, confirmations, travel and on-ground experience.
Media and PR partnerships: Onboard international media partners, business publications and financial press for each city, and coordinate interviews, coverage and content capture.
Content coordination: Work with Taiiki's content team on speaker interviews, event films, social campaigns and post-event reports.
Institutional partnerships: Work with embassies, trade bodies, chambers of commerce, Indian missions abroad and local ecosystem partners.
Sponsorship support: Support the sponsorship team with international sponsor leads and branded media deliverables.
CRM and reporting: Maintain a clean global investor and media database and send weekly progress reports to leadership.
Post-event follow-up: Convert summit connections into ongoing investor and media relationships.
Requirements
Experience: 5–10 years in international events, business media, investor relations, wealth management or PR, with exposure to family offices or institutional investors.
Network: An existing network of investors or media in at least one or two target regions (GCC, Singapore/HK, UK/Europe, US).
Global coordination: Proven record of managing international stakeholders and multi-country projects.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic, Mandarin or a European language is a plus.
Availability: Comfortable working across time zones and travelling frequently.
Education: A degree in business, mass communication, finance or international relations. An MBA is preferred.
What We Offer
Exposure: A leadership role in a global summit series with direct access to family offices, institutional investors and international media.
Compensation: Fixed pay plus incentives linked to delegates, sponsors and media partnerships.
Growth: A path to lead Taiiki's international operations as the series expands.
