Role Description This is a full-time remote role supporting White Stag Industrial Limited’s planning, coordination, and delivery of industrial services projects. Day-to-day responsibilities may include communicating with on-site teams and clients, preparing project documentation and reports, scheduling and tracking jobs, and ensuring that health and safety procedures and regulatory requirements are followed. The role will collaborate with operations and technical staff to coordinate tank and plant cleaning, confined space works, waste disposal, and related industrial services. The position may also involve maintaining records and databases, assisting with quotations and proposals, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery. While the role is remote, regular digital communication and occasional travel to sites or offices may be required depending on project needs.
Qualifications
Experience in industrial services, facilities management, or related fields, with familiarity in areas such as tank cleaning, plant cleaning, materials handling, or confined space operations.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, including scheduling, documentation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Knowledge of health and safety standards, risk assessment practices, and regulatory compliance relevant to industrial and hazardous work environments.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work remotely, liaise with diverse teams, and build positive client relationships.
Comfort with digital tools for remote work, such as project management software, cloud-based documentation systems, and basic data reporting.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability, with a practical approach to supporting on-site operations from a remote setting.
Relevant vocational training or certifications in industrial services, health and safety, or engineering are beneficial; prior experience in UK industrial projects is an advantage.
