MIS and Power BI Developer

Generate reports and showcase them through dashboards, as an individual contributor
Manage MIS and Power BI reports across F&A process such as Order Management, O2C, P2P, R2R and FP&A
Ability to process reports from the CRM and showcase results
Highlight performance gaps and create dashboards that will enable decision making and process changes in Operations
MIS reporting by using Advance Excel, Power BI & VBA (Macro) at Operational
Create and share daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of the SLAs, KPIs and Operational Processes on time as per client requirements
Deliver end products maintaining quick turnaround times and highest quality standards
Implement practices and processes to improve operational efficiencies in generating & maintaining day to day MIS Data and updating the management
3-5 years of experience with a strong educational background
Proficiency in different Reporting tools. Preference to
MS Excel
MS PowerPoint
MS Power BI (Good to have)
Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication (verbal and written) skills to work cooperatively and constructively in a multi-cultural team environment
Self-Driven, Result Oriented, Problem-Solving Skills with High Customer Orientation
