We are building TatvaCRM, a modern multi-tenant SaaS CRM platform designed to compete with leading CRM products in functionality, usability and automation.
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of product development across frontend, backend, database and cloud deployment.
What You’ll Work On
You will build and enhance modules including:
• Leads, Accounts, Contacts & Deals
• Tasks, Activities & Projects
• Email / Unified Inbox
• WhatsApp & communication integrations
• Workflow automation
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Reporting & dashboards
• Third-party integrations and APIs
• Multi-tenant SaaS architecture
• Performance, security and scalability
Technology Environment
Our platform uses modern technologies including:
• TypeScript / JavaScript
• React / modern frontend architecture

• SaaS multi-tenant architecture
AI-Native Development
We actively use Claude Code and AI-assisted software development workflows.
Candidates should be comfortable using AI coding agents for:
• Repository analysis
• Feature development
• Refactoring
• Debugging
• Test generation
• Code review
• Documentation
Experience with Claude Code is strongly preferred. Experience with similar AI coding environments is also valuable.
We are not looking for someone who simply generates code using AI. You must be able to understand the architecture, review AI-generated code, identify problems and take responsibility for production-quality implementation.
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience
• Strong React / TypeScript / Node.js fundamentals
• Good understanding of PostgreSQL and database design
• Experience building APIs and third-party integrations
• Understanding of authentication, RBAC and SaaS architecture
• Strong Git/GitHub workflow discipline
• Ability to debug production issues independently
• Experience with automated testing
• Good understanding of application security
• Ability to work on an existing, substantial production codebase
Experience building CRM, ERP, SaaS or workflow applications will be a strong advantage.
