Role Description The Restaurant General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. This position manages front-of-house and back-of-house teams, supervises service standards, and handles staff scheduling and performance. The General Manager monitors sales, costs, and inventory, oversees budgeting and P&L, and implements initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability. The role includes hiring, training, and coaching team members, addressing customer feedback, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies. The General Manager collaborates with leadership on local marketing efforts, menu initiatives, and operational improvements to support long-term growth.
Qualifications
Strong financial and operational skills, including P&L Management and Budgeting.
Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle guest feedback professionally.
Experience in Hiring, onboarding, and developing diverse restaurant teams.
Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and local compliance requirements.
Effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
