Role Description Business Associate / Management Associate

As a Business Associate / Management Associate - you will represent brands, support marketing and promotional initiatives, and gain exposure to various aspects of business management including marketing, team development, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent and promote client brands through marketing initiatives
- Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns
- Support business development and client communication activities
- Participate in recruitment, training, and team development over time
- Work closely with different teams to understand core business functions such as HR, operations, and administration
