Medical Writing & HTA Consultant (F/M/X)

Job Description
Amaris Consulting is looking for a Medical Writing & HTA Consultant to join its Life Sciences scope and contribute to strategic healthcare projects across international teams based in Paris, Barcelona, Toronto and Montreal. In this role, you will support clients on medical writing, HTA, market access and HEOR projects, transforming complex scientific and economic data into clear, accurate and audience-adapted content.
Your Missions
Lead medical writing and HTA submission projects as lead analyst, project manager or technical advisor.
Analyze client needs and identify the most appropriate methodological solutions to meet project objectives.
Develop high-quality scientific and medical deliverables, including manuscripts for peer-reviewed publications, abstracts, posters, technical reports and communication materials.
Write clear, accurate and audience-adapted medical and scientific content for healthcare professionals, payers and patients.
Translate complex data into structured, compelling messages aligned with market access, HEOR and value communication objectives.
Ensure the quality, accuracy and consistency of deliverables through editing, proofreading, data checking and reference control.
Coordinate client interactions, lead project meetings and manage adjustments related to scope, timelines and deliverables.
Support more junior team members on methodological, technical and professional development topics.
Your Profile
Experience of 2 to 5 years in medical writing, value communication, HEOR or HTA.
Expertise in scientific manuscript writing, publications, abstracts, posters, medical materials and HTA submission documents.
Proficiency in medical writing methodologies, data checking, referencing and quality control of scientific deliverables.
Experience with generative AI tools is a plus.
Master’s degree or equivalent in life sciences or a relevant healthcare-related field.
English fluent, as the role requires regular interaction with international teams and English is the working language. French or Spanish is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, with high attention to detail and a constant commitment to quality.
