Independent Sales Representative — SPORTKRAFT

Location: Remote / territory-based
Compensation: Commission-based, with a generous commission structure

SPORTKRAFT is a Lehigh Valley–based custom endurance apparel company building cycling, running, triathlon, and team gear with the people who wear it. We work with teams, clubs, coaches, shops, events, and organizations to develop apparel around their identity and needs.
We’re looking for independent sales representatives who know the endurance sports community and enjoy building lasting relationships. You’ll introduce SPORTKRAFT to prospective partners, learn what they’re trying to create, and help move projects from the first conversation to a completed order.
What you’ll do
Build relationships with teams, clubs, coaches, bike shops, event organizers, and other potential partners.
Find new opportunities through your network, outreach, and events.
Learn each customer’s goals, timeline, and apparel needs.
Work with the SPORTKRAFT team on product recommendations, pricing, proposals, and project handoffs.
Stay connected with customers for future orders, reorders, and referrals.
What we’re looking for
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
A genuine connection to cycling, running, triathlon, or the broader endurance sports community.
The initiative to develop your own opportunities and follow through with customers.
Sales experience is helpful, but industry relationships and a thoughtful approach matter just as much.
What SPORTKRAFT provides

You’ll have the independence to build your own relationships while working directly with a team that is invested in helping you succeed.
This is an independent, commission-based opportunity with a generous commission structure. We’ll discuss the details of the arrangement during the conversation so expectations are clear on both sides.
