As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a Sr. Workfront Configuration Engineer to our team. If you are passionate about designing and implementing optimized workflow solutions using Workfront and Workfront Fusion, and thrive in a client-facing, collaborative environment, this is a great opportunity for you.
This is a client-facing service delivery role that requires strong technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for gathering and understanding clients' business requirements and translating them into customized solutions using Workfront and Workfront Fusion — designing, configuring, and maintaining optimized workflow solutions that help clients achieve their operational goals. You will be part of a highly collaborative international team, working with Agile methodologies and focused on delivering impactful, high-quality solutions by implementing industry best practices.
How Your Day-to-day Work Will Look Like
Design, implement, configure, and maintain client Workfront instances to meet complex business requirements, ensuring solid architecture foundations including sharing rules and system configuration.
Lead and support Workfront Fusion integration needs, designing and implementing automated workflows, and develop custom reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows tailored to client requirements.
Maintain and enhance existing Workfront environments, including updates, user management, and feature rollouts.
Participate in requirements discussions to translate customer needs into scalable solutions, documenting and communicating architecture strategies with project managers to establish timelines and implementation plans.
Mentor junior engineers, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and stay current with Workfront platform updates and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
This Would Make You The Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting project management systems.
Solid hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront configuration, including workflows, custom forms, reports, dashboards, and sharing rules.
1+ year of hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion for integrations and workflow automation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments, including sprint planning and story decomposition.
Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly, collaborate effectively, and adapt to change.
Business-level English proficiency.
Nice to have: experience integrating Workfront with Adobe ecosystem platforms (AEM, AEP, Marketo, or Adobe Firefly); Workfront Developer or advanced Workfront certification; experience with AEM development or content management workflows; familiarity with REST APIs and webhook-based integration patterns.
