Role Description This is a part-time/ full time, on-site Pediatric Dentist role based in Mumbai. The Pediatric Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to children, including routine check-ups, cleanings, fluoride treatments, fillings, and management of dental emergencies. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and treating oral health issues, performing pediatric-specific procedures, and collaborating with caregivers to explain treatment options and preventive care. The role involves maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring strict infection control standards, and coordinating with dental assistants and other team members to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Dentistry and Medicine, with the ability to provide safe and evidence-based care to pediatric patients.
Specialized skills in Pediatric Dentistry, including behavior management, preventive treatments, and child-focused clinical techniques.
Proficiency in Dental Care best practices, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and long-term oral health management for children.
MDS Pediatric
Dentistry or
Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) with experience in pediatric debris
and recognized specialization or substantial experience in pediatric dentistry; current professional licensure as required.
Excellent communication skills to interact with children and caregivers, with a calm and empathetic chairside manner.
Ability to work effectively in an on-site clinical setting, manage time efficiently, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary dental team.
Experience in pediatric or family dental practice and familiarity with infection control, safety protocols, and ethical standards in healthcare.
