Company Description: About us Kryon Technology is part of iLabs Group. It is an electronics and manufacturing company with its manufacturing base at Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, and its corporate, R&D and programme teams in Hyderabad. The company makes BLDC motors, electronic assemblies, telecom devices and power electronics for Indian and global customers.
Role Description: Run HR operations and office administration for the Hyderabad office. Make sure people are hired onto the system properly, paid correctly and on time, compliant, and working in a well-run office. Support a fast-growing R&D team through its hiring ramp.
Key responsibilities
HR operations
Handle the full employee lifecycle: offer letters, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits and full-and-final settlement
Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters on interview scheduling, document checks and joining. Recruitment strategy stays with Director HR
Prepare monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, new joiners, exits) and reconcile them with Finance
Maintain employee records, the HRIS and headcount reports against the approved budget
Run the performance review cycle, probation reviews and the goal-setting calendar for the three units
Handle employee queries, grievances and first-level disciplinary matters, and escalate as needed
Plan and run engagement activities, induction and learning sessions
Compliance
Keep statutory compliance current for the Hyderabad establishment: Shops & Establishments registration, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus, POSH (including the Internal Committee) and labour welfare filings
Maintain registers and returns, and be audit-ready at all times
Draft and roll out HR policies (leave, travel, attendance, code of conduct) in line with group policy
Administration
Manage the office facility: housekeeping, security, maintenance, pantry and seating
Manage vendors and contracts (facility, transport, stationery, courier), including renewals and invoice checks
Handle domestic and international travel, hotel bookings and visa support for employees
Keep the asset register (laptops, furniture, lab equipment movement) together with IT and Finance
Manage visitors and front desk, and arrange logistics for customer and partner visits
Prepare and track the monthly admin budget
Requirements
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
8–12 years in HR operations and administration, with at least 3 years as the sole or lead HR-Admin person for an office
Experience in engineering, R&D, electronics or manufacturing companies preferred
Working knowledge of Telangana labour laws and statutory compliance
Hands-on with HRIS and payroll tools, and strong in Excel
Organised, discreet with confidential data, and able to handle many small things without dropping any
