Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Noida. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring cycle, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, maintaining accurate candidate records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. The Recruiter will partner with leadership to understand staffing needs, support workforce planning, and contribute to improving recruitment processes and employer branding. The role requires regular collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality hiring decisions.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination using job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Strong skills in stakeholder management, including collaborating with hiring managers, understanding role requirements, and aligning recruitment strategies.
Proficiency in maintaining recruitment data, using applicant tracking systems, and preparing reports and updates on hiring status.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage candidate interactions and offer discussions effectively.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple open roles, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
Knowledge of standard HR practices, basic employment regulations, and familiarity with best practices in diversity and inclusive hiring.
Comfort with MS Office tools and common HR/recruitment software; openness to learning new tools and processes.
