About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, communicative, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our sourcing and candidate engagement operations.
Responsibilities
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
Conduct preliminary screening interviews via video calls to assess candidate suitability.
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.
Qualifications
Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English (written and spoken) is required to communicate effectively with international candidates.
Effective communication skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
