Reservation & Sales Executive

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of guest queries, sales, OTA performance and pricing across our properties.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves talking to travellers, understands how bookings happen, and has the commercial mindset to improve occupancy and revenue.
What you’ll be responsible for
Lead Conversion & Upselling
Handle all incoming calls, WhatsApp, Instagram and other direct booking enquiries.
Understand guest requirements and recommend the right property/room.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Upsell room upgrades, experiences and other services.
Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline and ensure no genuine lead is lost.
OTA & Inventory Management
Manage our presence across OTAs such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Airbnb etc.
Keep room availability, inventory, rates, restrictions and content updated.
Monitor OTA performance and identify opportunities to improve visibility and bookings.
Coordinate with property teams to ensure inventory is accurate.
Pricing & Revenue Management
Track competitor pricing, occupancy, demand and market trends.
Track room rates according to demand, seasonality, events, weekends and market movement.
Identify when we should increase or decrease pricing.
Work towards maximising occupancy, ADR and overall revenue.
Help develop pricing strategies for different properties and room categories.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily/weekly sales and booking reports.
Track enquiries, conversions, cancellations and revenue.
Coordinate with operations and property teams regarding bookings and guest requirements.
Share market and guest insights with the management/marketing team.
Who are we looking for?
Someone who is:
Excellent at communication and convincing customers.
Comfortable speaking to guests and closing sales.
Commercially minded and comfortable working with numbers.
Highly organised with strong follow-up skills.
Curious about pricing, competitors and travel trends.
Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, OTAs and CRM tools.
Proactive — someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do.
Passionate about travel, hospitality and building great guest experiences.
Prior experience in hotel sales, OTA management, revenue management, reservations or hospitality is a strong advantage.
Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + performance-based incentives
