Senior Business Analyst / Product Business Analyst
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Product Business Analyst to join an international product initiative and help shape a digital product with a strong regulated-domain component.
This role is for someone who combines strong Business Analysis fundamentals with product thinking: you can explore a problem, structure business needs, challenge assumptions and turn findings into practical product decisions.

What you’ll work on
Product and business discovery, research and analysis of existing solutions and market practices.
Business requirements, workflows, user scenarios and functional documentation.
API and third-party integration requirements.
MVP and prototype definition, hypothesis validation and solution shaping.
Close collaboration with product and engineering throughout implementation.
What we’re looking for
Strong hands-on experience in Business Analysis.
Hands-on professional experience in at least one of these domains: KYC, KYB, AML, Compliance, Identity Verification, Fraud or Risk.
Experience with digital products or complex B2B systems.
Good understanding of APIs and third-party integrations.
Ability to turn business needs into clear, structured and actionable requirements.
Strong analytical and product thinking, autonomy and ownership.
English — B2+.
Nice to have: experience in FinTech, Payments, RegTech, iGaming or other regulated products; experience contributing to a new product, MVP or major capability from an early stage.
