With your expertise in Kubernetes and Cloud-Native technologies, you will provide technical and architectural leadership to design, build, and scale our Next Generation Control Plane. You will lead the transformation toward a highly available, resilient, and distributed microservices architecture designed to support massive-scale operations seamlessly.
As a Principal Software Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for:
Leading the development of the cloud native control plane built on Kubernetes and other cloud-native technologies
Contributing to and helping shape the engineering roadmap by working with management and business stakeholders
Contributing to enterprise features expected from a cloud native platform
Developing best practices, knowledge sharing, and mentoring
Lead and collaborate with engineering teams in an Agile environment
Foster an environment that encourages innovative solutions, rapid development cycles, and open communication
Do what you love
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have 10+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
