The Hills Course & The International Olympic Academy Golf course at Navarino Hills
with four 5-star deluxe hotels,
The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort at Navarino Dunes,

As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence and exceptional guest experiences, we are looking for a talented Golf Reservations Agent to join our team, based in Messinia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing golf reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the golf operations team. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests who wish to enjoy our distinguished golf courses and related facilities.
Main responsibilities
Manage and coordinate golf tee time reservations via telephone, email, or online systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Provide detailed information about golf course conditions, availability, rates, and policies to guests and travel partners.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints related to golf services.
Collaborate with the golf operations team to maintain up-to-date knowledge of course events, promotions, and scheduling.
Assist in promoting golf packages and services to maximize bookings and revenue.
Maintain accurate records of all reservations, cancellations, and no-shows.
Ensure adherence to Costa Navarino’s service standards and health & safety policies.
Requirements
Previous experience in a golf reservation or hospitality role is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Proficiency in reservation software and MS Office applications.
Excellent customer service skills with a proactive and friendly approach.
Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
Passion for golf and knowledge of the sport is a plus but not mandatory.
Team player with a positive attitude and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, hospitality or related field.
Experience in reservations systems and customer service is advantageous.
Passion for luxury tourism and golf or an understanding of the sport's community and culture.
Familiarity with Golf Manager system
