Role Description The Training Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to clinic standards. Daily responsibilities include assessing training needs, designing training modules and materials, conducting classroom and on-the-job training sessions, and monitoring the effectiveness of training initiatives. The Training Manager will collaborate with department heads to align training content with operational goals, maintain training records, and implement continuous improvement in training processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, requiring close coordination with teams across the clinic to support employee development and patient-care excellence.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate training programs, including curriculum development and creation of training materials.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to train diverse staff groups in an engaging and clear manner.
Experience in performance assessment, coaching, and providing constructive feedback to support staff skill development.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple training projects, schedules, and documentation simultaneously.
Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or Ayurvedic services is highly beneficial, with an understanding of patient-service standards.
Proficiency with basic office and learning tools (e.g., MS Office, presentation software) and comfort working with structured training documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Training & Development, Human Resources, Healthcare Management, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt training approaches to changing operational needs.
