Chief Executive Officer

Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time remote role responsible for providing overall strategic direction and leadership for the company. The CEO will define and implement long-term business strategies, oversee financial and operational performance, and guide the organization’s expansion in international markets. Daily activities include collaborating with senior leaders on sales, operations, and finance, reviewing key performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions to improve profitability and efficiency. The CEO will build and maintain relationships with major partners and suppliers, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and ethical business practices. This role requires effective remote leadership, clear communication, and regular virtual engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Finance and Business Planning, with the ability to manage budgets, analyze financial performance, and drive sustainable growth.
Strong background in Operations Management and Strategic Planning, including optimizing processes, setting organizational priorities, and aligning resources with company goals.
Proven experience in Sales and international business development, ideally within wholesale, beauty, cosmetics, or related consumer goods sectors.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills, with a track record of leading diverse, remote teams and building collaborative work environments.
Experience in global supply chain or distribution management and familiarity with international trade practices is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, utilizing digital tools for planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
