We're looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative who can confidently handle inbound leads, follow up with prospects, overcome objections, and consistently book qualified appointments for our outside sales team.

What You'll Do
Respond to all inbound leads from Facebook, Google, our website, and other marketing channels
Call, text, and follow up with homeowners until contact is made
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for our sales team
Maintain accurate notes and move opportunities through our CRM
Re engage older leads and nurture prospects that aren't ready immediately
Help maximize appointment volume while maintaining a great customer experience
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in inside sales, appointment setting, or customer sales
Home services experience (roofing, windows, solar, HVAC, remodeling, etc.) is highly preferred
Strong phone presence and objection handling skills
Excellent written and verbal English
Comfortable working in a fast paced, metrics driven environment
Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM is a plus
Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace
What We Offer
