Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the completion of projects, ensuring they comply with all safety and legal requirements, and are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves selecting and tracking equipment and employees needed for the project, monitoring progress, and mitigating risks. The Project Manager works closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure projects are executed correctly and prepares comprehensive reports.

Supervisory responsibilities over Field Service Technicians with limited authority.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Project Oversight
Oversee the completion of projects, ensuring they run smoothly and comply with safety and legal requirements.
Gain a thorough understanding of the project to monitor budget, progress, and deliverables.
Resource Management
Select and track the type of equipment needed on the project.
Select and track the employees needed on the project and monitor their conduct.
Risk Management
Establish risk factors and develop mitigation strategies.
Eliminate any identified risk factors to ensure project success.
Communication and Collaboration
Communicate effectively with customers, operations, and project teams.
Work closely with operations to ensure the project is performed correctly.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports in a timely manner.
