Role Description The Product Development Specialist role at TinyHumans is a full-time, remote position responsible for driving the lifecycle of AI products from concept to launch and ongoing optimization. This includes conducting market research to identify user needs and opportunities, collaborating with research and development (R&D) teams to shape product features, and translating technical capabilities into clear product requirements. The specialist will manage product roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional communication, and analyze product performance data to inform iterative improvements. Day-to-day activities involve working closely with stakeholders, preparing documentation and presentations, and ensuring that product initiatives align with the company’s strategic vision for human-like AI agents.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Analytical Skills to identify trends, understand customer needs, and evaluate product performance.
Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate effectively with R&D, product, and business stakeholders and to present findings clearly.
Candidates should possess experience in Research and Development (R&D) to work closely with technical teams and contribute to innovative AI product concepts.
Candidates should possess Product Management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and coordination of product releases.
Relevant qualifications include experience in AI, software, or technology product environments; familiarity with agile methodologies; and strong problem-solving abilities.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline) or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, experimental environment.
