Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automation Rotary Packer located in Amethi. The role involves operating and monitoring rotary packing machines to ensure accurate and efficient packing of cement, following established production plans and safety standards. Responsibilities include starting and stopping machines, adjusting settings for optimal performance, checking bag weights, and inspecting packed products for quality compliance. The Automation Rotary Packer will perform routine equipment checks, report faults or breakdowns to maintenance teams, and assist with minor troubleshooting. The role also requires keeping records of production data, coordinating with supervisors and colleagues, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess practical skills in operating automated and rotary packing machinery, including basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
Candidates should possess skills in production monitoring, quality inspection, and documenting output and operational parameters.
Candidates should possess familiarity with industrial safety practices, use of personal protective equipment, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Candidates should possess basic technical understanding of electrical or mechanical systems relevant to manufacturing equipment.
Candidates should possess the ability to work in shifts, stand for extended periods, and handle moderate physical tasks in an industrial environment.
Prior experience in cement, packaging, or manufacturing plants is preferred.
A relevant technical diploma, ITI certification, or equivalent industrial training is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and effective communication with supervisors and team members are required.
