Role Description This is a remote Python Developer - Intern role. The intern will assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Python-based applications and back-end services under the guidance of senior developers. Day-to-day activities include writing clean and modular code, working with databases, debugging issues, and contributing to API and integration development. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and follow best practices in software development and object-oriented programming. This internship offers hands-on experience in real project environments, exposure to modern tools and workflows, and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with a focus on Python.
Interest or experience in Back-End Web Development, including building and consuming APIs.
Basic understanding of Software Development principles, version control (e.g., Git), and debugging practices.
Familiarity with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) and data modeling concepts.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to learn quickly, follow technical guidance, and work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and asking clarifying questions.
Exposure to frameworks or tools such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI is a plus, as well as interest in cloud platforms and modern development practices.
