Role Description The Senior Architect will lead architectural design projects from concept through completion, ensuring that design solutions are practical, compliant, and aligned with client objectives. This full-time, on-site role in Patna involves preparing and reviewing drawings, specifications, and design documentation, coordinating with project teams, consultants, and contractors, and overseeing design integration across disciplines. The Senior Architect will manage project timelines, monitor progress, and support resource planning to meet delivery milestones. Day-to-day responsibilities also include mentoring junior team members, participating in client meetings, and supporting quality control throughout the design and execution phases.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to lead complex design projects.
Experience with Integration between architectural, structural, MEP, and other design disciplines.
Demonstrated Project Management skills, including scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Familiarity with Software Development concepts or relevant design/coordination software tools is an advantage.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Professional registration or eligibility for registration as an architect is preferred.
Proficiency in CAD/BIM tools (such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and common design software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
