Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Associate will support day-to-day hotel operations, including assisting guests at check-in and check-out, responding to inquiries, and providing courteous, efficient service throughout their stay. Responsibilities may include handling reservations, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and ensuring public areas and guest spaces meet brand standards. The role involves managing basic administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and following safety and security procedures. Associates are expected to collaborate with colleagues, communicate effectively with guests and team members, and uphold the hotel’s service and quality standards.
Qualifications
Ability to deliver professional, customer-focused service, including clear communication, polite interaction, and a problem-solving attitude.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, maintain records, and follow established procedures.
Comfort with basic computer use and hotel systems such as reservation platforms, email, and standard office software.
Capacity to work on-site in rotational shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.
Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage; formal training in hotel management or a related field is beneficial.
Reliability, integrity, and a willingness to learn, adapt to brand standards, and participate in ongoing training and development.
