Sales Executive — Social Media Management
ĀKAAR STUDIOS is looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive to help us connect with businesses and grow our Social Media Management client base.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Cold call potential business clients such as cafes, clinics, salons, real estate businesses and other local brands.
• Introduce and explain ĀKAAR STUDIOS' Social Media Management services and packages.
• Understand client requirements and recommend the right service package.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert qualified prospects into paying clients.
• Maintain basic lead and follow-up records.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Confident with cold calling and follow-ups.
• Hindi + basic English communication.
• Self-motivated, consistent and target-oriented.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.
COMPENSATION
10% COMMISSION ON EVERY SUCCESSFUL CLIENT CONVERSION.
This is a performance-based opportunity with no fixed salary, offering the potential to earn more as you convert more clients.
