Recruitment Specialist – Remote | Hyderabad
Ridhima & Co. Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for our growing digital marketing and SEO agency.
Responsibilities:
* Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media and other channels.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
* Prepare and publish job postings.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Understand hiring requirements and recommend suitable candidates.
* Support onboarding and joining formalities.
* Help build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR preferred.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms.
* Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Freshers with strong communication and a genuine interest in recruitment may also apply.
