Most churches don't lose people all at once. Members drift slowly, and by the time anyone notices, they're gone.
ChurchAI fixes that. We connect to a church's existing management system (Planning Center, CCB, Pushpay, Breeze) and flag people who are starting to disengage, so pastors can reach out before those people leave. The platform was built inside a local church and is now used by churches across the country.
We're looking for a few top-performing reps who want to build a recurring book of business, not rent their time for an hourly wage.
What you'll do
Prospect churches across the US by phone, email, and LinkedIn
Connect with pastors and ministry leaders and get them to run our free ChurchAI Assessment, which connects their data and shows exactly who in their congregation is drifting
Hand off qualified churches to our closing team and stay in the loop through signature
Log everything cleanly in our CRM
How you get paid
This is a commission-only role with uncapped, recurring upside:
$100 for every qualified assessment you generate ($150 during your first 30 days)
A close bonus equal to the church's first month of subscription
15% of every church's monthly subscription for 24 months, for as long as they stay a customer
Every church you bring in keeps paying you every month. A rep who brings in 6 new churches a month earns about $60K to $70K in year one and more than $100K from year two on, as their book compounds. Our strongest reps will go well past that.
You're a fit if you
Have a track record in outbound sales, appointment setting, or commission-only roles (door-to-door, solar, insurance, and SaaS backgrounds are all welcome)
Can take a no on the phone and move straight to the next dial
Run your own schedule and don't need someone watching the clock
Care about the local church. A ministry background is a big plus, but not required.
