Role Description The Jr US IT Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for US-based IT positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating subsequent interview rounds. The recruiter will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical role requirements, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure timely communication with applicants. Daily tasks include using job boards and social media, managing applicant tracking systems, preparing job postings, and assisting with offer negotiations and onboarding coordination. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, adhering to compliance requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with US staffing practices, time zones, and work culture; prior experience with US IT recruitment is an advantage.
Experience using applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms for sourcing and pipeline management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines and quality standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
