Role Overview
Medisky Hospital – Dankuni is looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead the hospital’s Finance & Accounts function.
The role will focus on cash flow, budgeting, receivables, vendor payments, compliance, cost control and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Finance & Accounts operations
* Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS
* Manage cash flow, budgets and fund planning
* Monitor OPD, IPD, Diagnostics, Pharmacy and other revenues
* Track TPA, insurance and corporate receivables
* Manage vendor payments and outstanding liabilities
* Control unnecessary expenses and financial leakages
* Ensure bank and account reconciliations
* Coordinate GST, TDS, audits and statutory compliance
* Support management with financial analysis and decision-making
* Implement strong internal financial controls
Candidate Requirements
* B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent
* Relevant Finance & Accounts experience
* Hospital or healthcare experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, GST, TDS, MIS and cash-flow management
* Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
* Strong analytical, follow-up and leadership skills
