Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The Specialist will also collaborate with our legal team to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to our clients.
Qualifications
Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, Phone Etiquette, and Customer Service skills
Experience in customer experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills SPA-ENG
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Experience in the legal services industry is a plus
Collecting proper information and documentation
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Meet personal/team targets and call-handling quotas
Requirements:
- Candidate must be able to work Mon-Fri and on Saturdays until noon
- Proper and professional remote work area, little to no background noise
- Stable internet connection, a second monitor, and UPS power backup
Compensation, the starting fee is $4 per hour, plus goal bonuses at discretion of the client, payrate subject to periodic revisions in consultation with the client based on performance, achievements and contributions
