NORWEGIAN PAYROLL

At IKONS Ibérica, we are looking for a Norwegian Payroll Functional Consultant to join an international project on a freelance basis.
We are looking for a payroll specialist with strong knowledge of Norwegian payroll, taxation and local compliance, as well as hands-on experience in payroll implementation projects.
🎯 What will you do?
• Gather, analyze and document client payroll requirements.
• Support the Norwegian payroll implementation lifecycle.
• Ensure alignment with Norwegian payroll legislation, tax and compliance requirements.
• Work directly with clients and different stakeholders.
• Identify risks and propose practical functional solutions.
• Support process analysis and continuous improvement.
🔎 What are we looking for?
• Experience as a Payroll Functional Consultant / Payroll Analyst within payroll outsourcing or payroll software environments.
• Strong expertise in Norwegian Payroll.
• Solid knowledge of Norwegian payroll legislation, taxation and compliance.
• Experience in Norwegian payroll implementations.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
