Role Description The Senior Financial Analyst is a part-time remote role responsible for providing financial insight and support to leadership. Daily tasks include analyzing financial data, preparing and interpreting financial statements, and developing forecasts and budgets to guide strategic decision-making. The role involves creating and maintaining financial models, tracking project costs and profitability, and producing clear financial reports and dashboards for management. The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, identify trends and risks, and recommend actions to improve financial performance. This role also supports the refinement of financial processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance, Financial Planning, and Financial Reporting.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience interpreting and working with Financial Statements.
Experience in construction, real estate, or project-based industries is beneficial.
Proficiency with spreadsheet software and financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel) is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and accessible way.
