Senior Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team and take ownership of our Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Salesforce administration experience, a strong ability to design solutions, and expertise in Salesforce ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management). A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Salesforce Administration & Optimization: Manage and maintain Salesforce configurations, security settings, workflows, and automation to optimize system performance. Key emphasis will be on Lead, Contact, Campaign and Campaign Member objects.
• Solution Design: Analyze business needs and design scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with best practices and organizational goals.
• Salesforce ARM (same as Revenue Cloud) Expertise: Configure, maintain, and enhance Salesforce ARM to streamline pricing, quoting, approvals, and sales processes.
• Manage Data 360 (Data Cloud) key configurations and access permissions
• Manage Agentforce creation permissions as well as executing migrations of Agentforce Agent configurations
• Customization & Development: Leverage declarative tools (Flow, Lightning App Builder) and collaborate with developers on custom Apex and Visualforce solutions.
• Integration Management: Evaluate & oversee integrations with third-party applications and internal systems to ensure seamless data flow with security and governor limits compliance.
• User Support & Training: Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance user adoption.
• Data Governance & Reporting: Ensure data integrity, and monitor governor limits create reports/dashboards, and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Track planned platform changes. Coordinate and plan actions in anticipation of such changes
• Maintain platform security posture
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, sales, marketing, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• 10+ years of Salesforce administration experience in complex environments.
• Salesforce ARM/RCA experience is highly desirable. CPQ experience is good to have.
• Strong ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Business-level communication skills, capable of working with stakeholders across the organization with strong English business communication skills both oral and written
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
• Experience with flows, permissions, sharing rules, custom objects, and validation rules
• Experience with writing/creating Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus
• Strong understanding of SFDC Governor Limits and knowledge about how to monitor them is a plus
• Understanding security controls and related policies and functionality such as Shield and or similar 3rd parties that connect to SFDC is a plus
• Salesforce Administrator and ARM/RCA certifications are highly desirable.
• Data Management: Proficiency in data management tools like Excel Connector, Data Loader, Demand Tools, Excel and VBA Macros creation in Excel
• Experience with Data 360 Cloud is a big plus
• Experience with configuring and setting up AgentForce is a big plus
• Understanding of Channel model business is a plus
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $121,000-$148,000. Fortinet offers employees a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), 11 paid holidays, vacation time, and sick time, as well as a comprehensive leave program.
Wage ranges are based on various factors, including the labour market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program. Bonus eligibility is reviewed at the time of hire and annually at the Company’s discretion.
