About the role:
This role is within Intelligent Automation practice of Capgemini Business Services. A pivotal and challenging role that requires:
Extensive career experience within Financial Services domain including Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance
Achievement of growth targets – New accounts, within existing accounts, bookings and revenue
Innovation of Intelligent Automation solutions pertaining to business processes, data and analytics within Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance domains
Successful realization of efficiencies for the customer overseeing the implementation and delivery of solutions
Fostering continuous customer engagement with targeted Go-to-market strategies, solutions guaranteeing returns and realization of value for the customers
Collaboration with global team of Business Transformation consultants, Client Partners and Account Executives from across Global Business Lines, Strategic Business Units, cross-functional practices and technology COEs within Capgemini
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Business Development-
Ownership of Intelligent Automation solution responses for RFIs and RFPs from the customers
Achieve Booking and Revenue targets, under Projects & Consulting stream, from both:
Large transformational BPO deals
Standalone deployments of Intelligent Automations specific to business function and processes
Ownership of design and execution of Go-To-Market strategies
Support Regional Marketing and PR programs and events to increase revenue opportunities
Increase Capgemini’s IA brand equity through blogs, tradeshows, and social platforms, CxO Breakfasts, and other Pre-sales opportunities
Solutions-
Leverage RPA and AI (ML, Gen AI and Agentic) to deploy Intelligent Automation solutions that address the business and operational challenges of the customers in the following areas:
Front, back and middle offices across retail banking, wholesale banking and capital markets customers
Including but not limited to product development, marketing & sales, claims management, customer operations and underwriting processes across various business lines (life, commercial, personal etc.) within insurance customers
Supporting corporate functions (F&A, Procurement, Supply Chain, Customer Operations, HR and IT)
Develop and articulate winning Intelligent Automation solution propositions that create domain and process specific business impact for the customer
Articulate value proposition of Intelligent Automation tools, solutions and services through quality collaterals, and customer case studies
Practice related-
Participate in regional and global budgeting & forecasting reviews
Continuous improvement of project margins and contribution margins
Manage and address escalations in the ongoing customer engagements
Track and report on quality of delivery, program governance and operational issues in the ongoing customer engagements
Serve as the SME on Intelligent Automation for other cross-functional practices the ongoing customer engagements
Utilization and engagement on billable Intelligent Automation projects with customers either part-time or full-time
Skills:
Senior resource with at least 15+ years of experience in the Financial Services domain
Ability to influence at various levels of the customer (VP-level, CxO), Advisor Partners, Client Communities, and Capgemini Bid teams
Experience in working in global complex environments
Experience in building and managing Intelligent Automation business portfolio
Strong working knowledge of Intelligent Automation solutions (RPA, Machine Learning, Gen AI and Agentic AI)
Experience selling and solutioning with Intelligent Automation platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft suite of technologies, Blueprism, Workfusion, Pega, Celonis, kore.ai, Google CACI, Task Mining etc.
Experience constructing small, medium and large deals leveraging diverse commercial models – T&M, Fixed Fees/Capacity, Managed Capacity, Managed Services, Outcome-based, Gain-share based.
Strong presentation, consulting and project management skills
Ability to deliver solutions and proposals in a short turnaround time
Analytical and critical problem-solving thinking
Ability to travel for client projects and meetings
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $79,200- $222,575. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
