Job Opening – AR Callers & Payment Posting

We are looking for experienced AR Callers and Payment Posting professionals to join our team.
Position
AR Caller / Payment Posting Executive
Experience
Prior experience in US Healthcare AR / Medical Billing preferred
Experience in AR Calling and/or Payment Posting
Candidates with relevant healthcare RCM experience are encouraged to apply
Job Responsibilities
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) calling for US healthcare accounts
Follow up with insurance companies regarding pending claims and payments
Analyze claim status, denials, rejections, and underpayments
Perform payment posting accurately and within timelines
Maintain proper documentation and update account/claim information
Meet assigned productivity and quality targets
Requirements
Good knowledge of US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good understanding of AR processes
Ability to work effectively in a US shift
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
