Paralegal Full-Time Litigation
Remote | U.S.-Based Required
We are a fast-growing technology & cyber law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup-style legal environment, is highly organized, familiar with law and litigation, is tech-forward, and comfortable handling client-facing work in sensitive matters.
Availability
Generally available to take calls Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (ET)
(We value responsiveness during business hours)
Key Responsibilities
Conduct intake calls and case evaluations with prospective clients
Manage and update leads through Clio Grow from phone and email
Follow up with prospective clients daily, Schedule consultations and coordinate calendars
Handle client-facing communications with professionalism and empathy
Assist with victims’ rights matters, including torts, cyber harassment, online abuse, fraud, and privacy-related cases
Track deadlines, filings, and case milestones with precision
Prepare, file, and organize legal documents (experience filing is a plus)
Create SOPs, Templates, and Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed in a growing firm
Required Experience

Client-facing legal work
Preferred: Victims’ rights or trauma-informed work
Preferred Qualifications
Prior law firm experience (especially intake-heavy or litigation-adjacent roles)
Experience with Grasshopper phone systems
Strong understanding of legal ethics, confidentiality, and deadlines
Comfortable with Google Drive, Google Docs, and cloud-based workflows
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable working in a startup-style legal environment
Interest or baseline knowledge in cybercrime, online harassment, privacy, or technology law is a strong plus
