Marketing Manager (Equity)

Compensation
This is currently an equity based founding role while we complete our fundraising round. Our goal is to transition this position to a competitive full time salary within approximately 90 days following a successful raise.

After fundraising, the range for this role is $95,000 - $125,000.
Key responsibilities:
Lead overall marketing strategy and brand positioning for PressChain
Build awareness and drive adoption through digital campaigns and strategic outreach
Develop compelling messaging for users, media, partners, and investors
Manage social media presence, growth efforts, and community engagement
Support public relations, announcements, and partnership marketing
Coordinate campaign planning, content promotion, and audience expansion
Help position PressChain as a leader in blockchain-powered media infrastructure
Ideal candidate:
Strong in startup marketing, brand growth, and audience development
Comfortable working in an early-stage, build-mode environment
Able to create momentum with limited resources
Believes in the future of media, publishing, and blockchain innovation
Understands that this role begins without salary until funding is secured in the expected 2 to 3 month window
