Qualification
Graduate / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Manage spare parts and tools inventory efficiently.
Maintain stock records and update inward/outward entries.
Issue and receive tools and spare parts as per department requirements.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise replenishment requests.
Perform regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory records.
Maintain proper labeling, storage, and organization of spare parts and tools.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Service teams for spare availability.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of tools to avoid damage or loss.
Follow 5S and safety practices in the store area.
Required Skills
Knowledge of inventory and store management.
Basic MS Excel and ERP/software entry skills.
Good record-keeping and documentation ability.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management.
