Cleaning Company Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Cleaning Company Sales Rep to support the daily operations of a growing US-based home service business. This role combines customer service, sales, scheduling, lead follow-up, and administrative support. They will play an important role in keeping daily operations organized and ensuring both customers and cleaning teams have the support they need.
What You'll Be Doing:
Answering inbound calls from homeowners interested in cleaning services
Conducting friendly discovery conversations and closing bookings on the first call
Following up with leads via phone, text, and email
Coordinating schedules between clients and cleaning staff
Handling day-to-day operational tasks — scheduling, customer inquiries, CRM updates
Solving problems independently and keeping the business running smoothly
What We're Looking For
B2+ English. You will be on the phone with US homeowners daily
Proven background in sales, inbound calling, appointment setting, or customer service with real closing experience
Warm, confident, and persuasive personality
Self-starter who can figure things out without constant direction
Comfortable wearing multiple hats depending on what the business needs
Reliable internet and electricity, quiet workspace, and professional setup
Coachable — you take feedback and apply it fast
Compensation & Benefits
Base: $6.50 USD/Hour
Bonus: $100+ per month base on performance
Shift: Monday - Friday, 12 PM - 8 PM PST
