Experience with digital products such as web, mobile, customer portals, or SaaS
Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
Ability to write detailed user stories and testable acceptance criteria
Experience working with Agile, cross-functional teams
Comfortable collaborating with developers and architects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
QA/testing experience is a plus
Responsibilities
Lead discovery sessions and gather business and customer requirements
Translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and edge cases
Partner with UX, Engineering, QA, Legal, and business teams
Support backlog prioritization, roadmap, and release planning
Drive features from discovery through delivery and adoption
Evaluate outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement
