Tall People Club is the fastest-growing community brand at the moment. We are bringing tall people together through events, social media and shared experiences. What started as something funny in Barcelona is now a serious project expanding across the world, and we're building each new community from scratch. As a company, we work smart, challenge the algorithms and have fun being creative and innovative with communication. We care about honest communication, fresh ideas and making every event a place where people genuinely feel they belong.
The opportunity
This is a rare chance to help build a nightlife brand at its most exciting stage. You won't be scheduling posts for a corporate account nobody follows. You'll help shape the voice of a community with momentum that is scaling across Spain and Europe and see the direct impact of your work on real events and real people.
As our Social Media & Community Marketing Intern, you'll work directly with the founder on strategy, planning and growth. By the end of the internship, you'll have hands-on experience growing communities from zero and managing brand accounts with a high presence end to end. That's the kind of experience that makes a CV stand out.
What you'll do
· Help design the content strategy for the social media accounts of the ecosystem, localising the communications but following a similar pattern that works globally
· Plan and manage the content calendar, from idea to published post
· Create content for Instagram and TikTok: copywriting, basic design and short-form video editing
· Track performance with social media analytics and turn the numbers into practical ideas
· Help build and run approval workflows so content moves quickly and stays on-brand
· Support small campaigns, collaborations and partnerships
· Collect community feedback and help turn it into better events and communication
· Cover events digitally when needed, creating real-time content and boosting engagement
What we're looking for
· Currently enrolled student in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Events or a related field.
· A genuine passion for events, nightlife and community building.
· Hands-on experience with Instagram and TikTok (personal projects count!).
· You're a creator. You understand content creation and are not afraid to get in front of a camera.
· Creative writing skills in Spanish, Catalan and English, plus basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Edits, CapCut or similar).
· Curious about data and comfortable using basic analytics tools. AI knowledge is a plus.
· Organised and self-driven, able to plan and deliver independently in a remote setting.
· Initiative, an eye for design, willingness to learn and a collaborative attitude.

This is an extracurricular internship arranged through an educational cooperation agreement with your university or school. Occasionally (not often), we may ask you to capture content at an event on an evening or weekend, work schedules are pretty flexible. We'll always plan it in advance.
