Writer (Narrative Storyteller I)

We are looking for a Junior Narrative Storytelling professional with 2–3 years of experience in writing, content development, screenwriting, or related creative fields, who is excited about the intersection of storytelling and AI.
In this role, you will work closely with senior creative and technical teams to develop engaging stories and serialized short-form content using AI-powered creative tools. You will contribute to story ideation, plotting, character development, dialogue, and screenplay development, while also helping experiment with prompts, workflows, and AI-assisted storytelling techniques.
This is an opportunity for a strong storyteller to build expertise in AI-native content creation and help shape how emerging AI tools can support writers and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support Story Development: Contribute to concept development, story ideation, plotting, character development, screenplay structure, and dialogue writing for serialized short-form content in Hindi and English.
AI-Assisted Storytelling: Experiment with GenAI tools and workflows to generate, refine, and improve stories, characters, scenes, and dialogue.
Prompt Development: Work with senior creative and technical team members to develop and test prompts, guidelines, and workflows that help AI generate stronger and more consistent narrative content.
Content Review & Quality: Review AI-generated stories and scripts for narrative quality, character consistency, pacing, dialogue, emotional engagement, and overall audience appeal. Share actionable feedback with the creative team.
Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with writers, content producers, designers, marketers, and technical teams to develop and refine AI-assisted content.
Understanding of Filmmaking & Storytelling: Apply a foundational understanding of screenwriting, filmmaking, animation, or serialized storytelling to AI-generated content.
Research & Experimentation: Stay curious about emerging GenAI tools, storytelling techniques, formats, and content trends, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into the creative workflow.
Learning Agility: Quickly learn new AI tools, platforms, creative workflows, and processes, and apply them effectively to day-to-day storytelling tasks.
