Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce Developer
Location: Nearshore / Latin America or U.S. Time-Zone Overlap
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote
Experience: 6–8 Years

Strong Salesforce Service Cloud & Agentforce
Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flows
Salesforce Administration & Configuration
REST/SOAP API integrations
SOQL/SQL
Named/External Credentials, Platform Events
Service Cloud Voice & Omni-Channel
Responsibilities
Develop and support Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
Build and enhance Agentforce AI Agents, including topics, actions, prompts, instructions, and grounding.
Develop Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.
Configure Salesforce objects, security, permissions, cases, queues, and reports.
Support Service Cloud Voice integrations with Vonage/Amazon Connect.
Collaborate with architects, BAs, QA, and distributed teams.
Preferred
Salesforce Data Cloud / Customer 360
MuleSoft / Spring Boot
Salesforce DevOps & CI/CD
Platform Developer I certification
Agentforce RAG/grounding experience
