As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for an English speaking NOC Team Lead to join our network operation center.
The NOC Team Lead will manage and mentor our NOC team while ensuring the stability, performance, and security of the managed networks. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with day-to-day team management, acting as the bridge between engineering strategy and operational execution.
This is a 100% remote position with working hours from 3pm to 11pm

Main Responsibilities
Actively monitor network health, performance, and security alerts across LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs
Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents
Execute planned changes (firmware updates, config changes, maintenance windows) and validate post-change stability
Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of Network Operations engineers/analysts across shifts
Oversee monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution of network incidents (LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, cloud connectivity)
Own incident response processes, ensuring timely escalation and root cause analysis
Track and report on SLAs, uptime metrics, and team KPIs
Coordinate with Network Engineering, Security, and IT Support teams on changes, upgrades, and maintenance windows
Maintain documentation for network topology, configurations, and change management
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required
Fluency in English
4+ years of hands-on network operations experience (lead/supervisory experience a plus, but strong individual contributor experience is essential)
Strong working knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)
Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, HPE/Aruba)
Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix, or similar)
Strong communication skills — you'll need to context-switch between technical execution and team/stakeholder updates
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
Relevant certifications a plus: CCNA, CCNP, ITIL
