Role Overview: Sr Client Services Consultant ( IT Staffing Sales)
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant with a proven track record in placing key contractors within critical technology programs. You will be part of a broader WWT team, collaborating across multiple service and product offerings to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Resourcing (Staffing) Solutions: Articulate the value of WWT’s Strategic Resourcing solutions with clarity and passion, differentiating us in the market. Align these services with client needs, ensuring compliance with our processes.
Sales Leadership: Lead business and market development activities, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain client backlog. Drive annual revenue growth at priority clients with a deep understanding of relevant contractual terms.
Communication Excellence: Engage effectively with CXO-level audiences, lead group meetings, and facilitate executive discussions. Produce clear, logical communications and influence decision-making processes.
Account Strategy: Develop client-centric account strategies for Strategic Resourcing. Conduct strategic analyses to identify opportunities and position transformation solutions that deliver significant value.
Results-Driven: Exhibit a relentless drive to achieve goals and win-win outcomes. Maintain oversight of work and deliverables to ensure client value and resolve critical escalated issues.
Consultative Selling: Build trust and address client priorities with speed and effectiveness. Develop strategies to engage key clients and decision-makers, using data and stories to drive impact.

Required Skills:
8 plus years of extensive experience in IT Staffing sales, particularly in recruiting contingent labour into Financial and Professional Services Companies.
Proven track record of selling to BFSI clients and scoping strategic contingent work programs, including ramp-up plans and Statement of Work engagements.
Strong ability to build relationships with senior hiring managers and decision-makers within large enterprises.
Experience throughout both the sales and delivery process is essential.
Ability to identify strategic opportunities and position resourcing effectively.
Go-getter with proven sales acumen and ability to seed and grow new business
An ability to be personable, perceptive and aware through having a high degree of emotional intelligence
Track record for creating (or helping to develop) and delivering winning proposals and offerings; excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to embrace WWT’s Core Values and Business Concepts and use them as tools always to drive best practices.
