Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, presenting solutions to prospective clients, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, preparing proposals, coordinating marketing campaigns, and tracking performance metrics. The role involves working with internal teams to align sales initiatives with marketing strategies, supporting customer service activities, and providing basic training or guidance to clients on implementing recommended solutions. The specialist is expected to maintain strong client relationships, provide timely follow-up, and contribute insights to improve overall sales and marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets within deadlines.
Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software is beneficial.
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles is preferred.
