Summary: This position is responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring maintenance activities are accomplished in a timely manner. Must communicate effectively to train, develop and coach team members on their shift for long term performance. The Team Leader will be involved in organizing and planning regular maintenance work on all equipment and systems within the plant. The maintenance team leader will be in charge of reviewing and rationalizing preventive maintenance procedures, evaluating and maximizing maintenance procedures in collaboration with other support personnel and staff.
